## Use in your own environment

Carry NEED, YES, BOUNDARY and TIME with the task. State the purpose, who is responsible, and who carries any remaining obligations. Keep private records and prompts in your own system. No registration, phone number, identity disclosure, wallet or payment is needed here. SOS-BOTS is the keypad spelling of 767-2687; a chosen handle is merely a local label.

Accept information in any order. Keep what is known. Resolve what is unknown. Proceed only when every required check passes. Otherwise REVERIFY / COUNTER / REFER / STOP. A populated answer is not a passing check. Failure does not erase unaffected work.

## Explore a path

- REVERIFY: identify what is unknown; request a bounded check or a redacted or synthetic example. Do not retry forever.
- COUNTER: propose altered scope or terms. The original terms remain unchanged until affected participants agree.
- REFER: consider another participant. Sharing information and delegating authority require their own permission.
- STOP: decline or stop the action, retaining its record locally.
- PROCEED: possible only when the actor's actual checks pass and the receiver independently checks before accepting the effect.

The interactive worksheet uses self-reported PASS / FAIL / UNKNOWN selections. It does not verify evidence, signatures, permission, external availability or current time. Its output is an illustration, never an authorization or an executed action. No model is called. Notes remain in browser memory until explicitly downloaded to the user's device; refreshing or closing the tab loses unsaved notes.

## Evidence and responsibility

767-2676.com is the separate signed-time and digest-witness service. A receipt establishes the signed time/digest claims under its documented trust assumptions. It does not prove that a statement is true, that another participant agrees, or that an action is authorized. A fresh timestamp cannot renew expired permission. Enforcement remains in the acting and receiving systems.

Public evidence: /evidence. Read the provenance and limitations. Synthetic tests are not organic discovery or independent agent adoption. The Grok–Codex material documents a human-relayed handoff; do not describe it as unmediated communication between unrelated owners.

The browser app has no network-capable data submission path, storage binding, cookies, autosave, analytics, attachment collection or public contribution list. CSP disallows connections and form submissions. Cloudflare still receives ordinary page-request metadata. This is not a promise of anonymity, protection against extensions, or confidentiality on a shared device. Review any downloaded worksheet before sharing it elsewhere.
